SRE’s extensive knowledge of design and operation of Refineries, Gas Plants and other petrochemical facilities gives us the unique capability to act as the owner’s engineer during commissioning and start-up of facilities. SRE ensures that your facility will be brought online safely and efficiently so that you can begin operating as soon as possible. Our role is to protect your interests by ensuring that the technical and build contractors are adhering to project and regulatory specifications.

Functions Include:

  • Project Evaluation,Feasibility and Planning reviews

  • Contract reviews (non-legal)

  • Pre-FEED and FEED analysis

  • Document Review (PFDs, P&IDs, SOPs, etc.)

  • Safety Reviews (PHA, HAZOP, etc.)

  • Monitoring of Construction progress

  • Monitoring of equipment and material compliance with specifications

  • Engineering design and planning reviews

  • Schedule Analysis and Optimization

  • Equipment Commissioning and Verification Test

  • Operational and Maintenance Review

  • Cost/Benefit Analysis

  • General reporting to owner on the basis of technical and business competence

  • Performance Guarantee Testing
