Amine System Survey
On-site field testing procedures will be conducted to determine:
Typical Amine Circuit
Amine Solvent Concentration
Total Acid Gas Loading
(H2S) Acid Gas Loading
Rich Amine Solvent Loading Via Conductivity
Reflux Salt Content Via Conductivity
Foaming and Antifoam Test
Ph Analysis of Liquids
Process gas samples will be collected from inlets and outlets of all absorbers and regenerators. Gas samples will be analyzed immediately after collection with SRE’s proprietary micro gas chromatograph.
Analytical results of all tests will be available immediately.
Evaluation of current operating issues, hardware and system configuration, operating conditions and analytical testing results will form part of the scope.
SRE canwork with plant personnel to optimize performance of the units.
Reporting
The final AMINE SYSTEM SURVEY report will consider at least the following:
· Corrosion evaluation;
· Any existing sources of contamination and associated fouling issues;
· Recommendations on how to control or remove contaminants present;
· Ability to meet process specifications;
· Assessment of operational reliability:
· Opportunities to minimize operational costs;
· Opportunities to reduce, prevent, or eliminate potential amine foaming episodes;
· Potential debottlenecking opportunities
